This search engine organization is looking for an innovative design approach and building design as their first owned campus. The design concept of the facility was inspired by the unique work culture and the products the of this organization. With that in mind, the emphasis of both vertical and horizontal circulation are key design opportunity in which all spaces are connected to optimize the transitional movements within the entire campus. The connectivity is also exemplified by both the internal and external circulation paths. The entire roof as well as the east, south, and west facades are cladded with photovoltic panels which will be able to provide enough energy so that the building can be off-grided. Other features of the building include podium parking with garden on top, gymnasium with swimming pool, innovative meeting areas/vertical circulation.
